El Salvador for a Weekend?

October 24th, 2015 my cousin married his beautiful wife Iris, on Lake Coatepeque, El Salvador, the 2nd most beautiful church in the world (seriously google it!). The occasion obviously called for everyone to dress to impress! Being that I was away from home at school and all my evening dresses were in Las Vegas I had to think of another way to get a stunning but most importantly unique dress for their special day.

With October came the full hustle and bustle of a college semester so there was no time to go out shopping for dresses. About two years ago surfing the web I came across one of the best online shopping boutiques I have ever come across, and that is a lot to say for me because I am very skeptical of online shopping. You never know what is going to fit or what the items will actually look like in person (especially when you are 5 feet of petite like me). Peppermayo is an online boutique based in Australia that sells super chick clothing with a “modern” twist.

When contemplating on what dress to choose I remembered that fall is the iconic season for berry, wine, cranberry, and maroon colored tones and I wanted nothing more then to somehow channel that in with an unexpected “twist” ;). I stayed in the same color family and went for classic baby pink blush tones still in the warm family of fall yet a softer more innocent approach since it was a wedding. I accessorized the dress with silver sparkly heels, watch, and diamond earrings.
